v  Crawfish meet….Warm-ups for the meet this weekend are…..Friday, May 14-4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday- 12 & under 8:00am and 13 & over not before 12:30pm

 

v  There is no practice this Friday or Saturday, May 14 or 15, because of Crawfish meet.

 

v  TAQ Summer Classic is June 17-20th…this is a TEAM meet….everyone should sign up, or let the coaches know why they can’t make it

 

v  There is a new meet now on the web site…Nu Wave LC Invitational is June 4-6 at UNO. This is an optional meet.

 

v  On Saturday, May 22nd, we are having an END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR party after practice, from 10-12:00 at Francos. We will have games, slide pool, food and drinks. More information to follow.

 

v  Congratulations to our graduating Seniors….from Mandeville High we have Walter Loop and Erin Petersen. From Fontainebleau High, we have Ryan Fox and Wesley Morton.   Also, congratulations to Josh Van Houten for earning his black belt in Twa Kon Do.

 

v  In a previous Invictus Report, we talked about the importance of athletes staying hydrated before, during and after exercise.
